The opportunity to undertake our inagural townhouse development in 2009 was not one taken lightly. At this time, with experience so great in home building and renovations, it was a risk for CMS and the developer. However in agreeing to build this project a new dream for CMS was formed. This dream is to become the #1 townhouse builder in south east Queensland.
Through the initial project in particular, CMS was provided with exceptional insight into the world of townhouse building, and how different it is from home building. Strong relationships with all facets of the construction industry were formed on this project - financiers, civil engineers, quantity surveyors, council representatives, trades people. To the present day these strong relationships remain.
